No. The TBP Country Strategist Residency™ is a paid applied professional-development programme. It is not an employment vacancy and does not guarantee employment.
Is this a university degree?
No. The Residency is an applied professional programme delivered through the TBP Global Strategist Fellowship Institute™. It should not be represented as a university degree or conventional postgraduate qualification.
Can the Residency guarantee a visa or immigration outcome?
No. The Residency can help strengthen professional evidence and positioning that may support an appropriate mobility pathway, but immigration status and government decisions remain with the relevant authorities.
Do I have to change my profession?
